Pet Policy for Taxi Services

1. Advance Notification:
    Customers must notify us at the time of booking if any pets will be travelling in the taxi.

2. Driver Discretion:
    The acceptance of pets is at the sole discretion of the driver.

3. Charges for Pets:
    • A charge of £5.00 applies for small to medium-sized dogs.
    • Guide and assistance dogs are exempt from any charge; however, please notify us that they will be travelling.
    • There is no charge for any animal travelling in a small carrier.
    • Any other pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and additional charges or conditions may apply.
