What Does a Call Centre Operative Do?

As a Call Centre Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our operation. Your role will include:

• Taking bookings from customers by phone and online

• Dispatching drivers efficiently and accurately

• Providing excellent customer service

• Solving problems calmly and professionally

• Working closely with drivers and management teams

• Using our modern booking and dispatch systems

You’ll play a key role in making sure our customers reach their destination safely and on time — every single day.

Who Are We Looking For?
